Great experience! I purchased the Groupon and got a really great rate. The process is extremely simple and they were extremely accommodating as well as friendly. The pilot was very friendly and fun. The view is beautiful! It is definitely an experience to try if possible! I would definitely go again.

From the minute we walked in the door until we walked back out to get in the car was one of the best experiences I have had. We were 45 minutes early so we got the opportunity to buy the cutest shirts! Now on to the good stuff! We loved the pilot and the tour. Lake Superior looks so different from the air. This was my first helicopter ride but it won't be the last. Thanks guys!

You won’t regret it! I worked with the staff on an engagement on Valentine’s Day and they were so fun to work with! My now fiancé still claims it was the best day/time of her life! I do wish we would’ve paid more to do the 30 mile north shore tour, but we’ll be back in the summer or fall when they take the doors off! So fun! Highly recommend adding the photo and romance package!

I would highly recommend taking a helicopter tour with Lake Superior Helicopter. All the employees we had contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Shout out to Justine, who was the first person we encountered. Our pilot, Rhett, was awesome! He explained everything to us as we went along, made us feel safe, and answered all of our questions. It was very evident how much he loves his job which made our flight that much more exciting. The view was amazing! Can't wait to fly again!

This was our first time on a helicopter. Was a bit anxious. The staff made the experience for us so enjoyable. Offered various upgrade options to make our time more exciting. Would definitely recommend this to any body wanting a totaling different view on Duluth, MN. Thanks for a great ending to our day.

We enjoyed our helicopter tour more than we imagined! Our pilot was friendly and informative. We were about a week later for peak fall colors, but that really didn’t matter. The ride was smooth and quiet with the headphones. We took the 12 minute tour because I was unsure that I’d like it, but would have loved a longer tour! Highly recommend.
